Inspection of this home will be on Saturday May 7th during hours selected by the listing agent. All people inspecting the home are asked to sign in upon their arrival. People who have not signed in completely will not have their bids considered. After inspecting the home, if you wish to make a bid you will be asked to write your bid on the "Initial Bid Sheet". There is no deposit required to make a bid. You have until 5:00 pm on Sunday the 8th of May to place or change your offer in person at the property or directly with the listing agent.
After all initial bids are in, on Sunday the 8th at 6:30 pm we will email all bidders a web address to an online bidding site where you will be able to make your bid. The Bidding window will be open from 7 - 10 pm on Sunday night.
Negotiations will occur within 24 hours of the close of the online auction process with the bidders who the seller regards as having made the best bids in an effort to complete a purchase agreement and accept an earnest money deposit.
